Returns:

You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your Practicalsoul product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Please contact our customer support team at contact@practicalsoul.store to initiate the return process. You will be required to mention your order number and the reasons for the return in the call.

Return Shipping:

Customers are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
A comfortable and suitable time would be requested from you for the pickup of the products during your discussion with our customer care team.

Refunds:

We will initiate a refund within 5-7 days from the date of receiving your Practicalsoul product back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again.
